I cannot find the words to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful folk that work for your two companies, MCA and Macomb Mechanical. In today's society it is extremely rare to find people who really care and that are able to display this nature in the way that you did. When all looked hopeless for me, in regards to my malfunctioning boiler, you all came thru. It was Cassandra Mudloff was worked tirelessly on my behalf to get help to repair the boiler, but when it was determined that replacement was the only option, Cassandra only became more determine to resolve my dilemma. Cassandra then brought Jeff, of Macomb Mechanical Plumbing and Heating, into the equation and together the two, along with their bosses and ceo's, decided that the two company's would install a brand new boiler at no cost to me at all. I was ecstatic. On Tuesday, November 25 and Wednesday November 26, a crew of compassionate professionals, left my home warm, for the first time in two weeks. How blessed can one person be? I wish to thank first, Cassandra and secondly the entire staffs of MCA-Detroit and Macomb Mechanical Plumbing and Heating for this incredible act of kindness.
