Personalized and Attentive

Dear John Johnson:

As you know, we had to completely turn the water off to half of our church due to water leaks happening under the floors and seeping up into the facilities. We also had to turn a second water valve off and on to allow us to use the other half of our facilities during our operating hours because of a second leak that was not as severe as the first leak. We needed a complete re-piping of the church from beneath the cement slab to above the ceiling. Your company, Macomb Mechanical, was the company we chose to make that happen.

Then you sent in Mike Guzzardo, Steve Smallridge, and Stephen Smallridge who have got to be your A team of plumbers. It is hard to imagine that you can have more personnel on your staff that are equal in knowledge and professionalism to them, much less better than them.

They were nothing less than spectacular.

They came into our church and ran entirely new water pipes to replace the ruptured pipes running beneath our concrete floors finding the points where the pipes were coming up out of the floor with incredible accuracy and then linking every fixture we had operational in the church so that we are up and operational, again, within a week.

We are pleased beyond description with their work and would be remiss to not send a note to"Thank You" and THEM for getting us so we can use our entire facility again.

Very appreciatively,

Dick Pennington
